1.1. "Website" (hereinafter referred to as "Site") – an information resource on the Internet located at https://www.comodos.com.ua that contains textual, graphic, and other information perceived as a whole and supported by a system of software tools.
1.2. "Site Owner" (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") – the company "COMODOS," which is the owner and administrator of the personal data of the Site’s users.
1.3. "User" – any individual who has accessed the Site and is of the age permitted by the User Agreement posted on the Site and this Policy.
1.4. "Account" – the User's account created at the time of authorization on the Site.
1.5. "Personal Data" – information or a set of information about a User that is identified or can be specifically identified.
1.6. "Services" (Site services) – any services offered on the Site by the Owner, including but not limited to services for creating platforms for business communication, new formats of materials and special projects, content creation and improvement for User readers, direct advertising, etc.
2. Collection and Use of Personal Data
2.1. Using the Site does not require registration and/or authorization and direct provision of personal data that can identify you, except in the case provided in paragraph 2.2 of the Policy.
2.2. At your discretion, for greater convenience in using the Site, you may authorize on the Site, including through personal accounts in social networks like Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics.
2.3. When using the Site, we may automatically collect information related to your use of the Site.
2.4. We may collect, store, and use the following types of your personal data:

3. Processing of Personal Data
3.1. The processing and storage of provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the operation of the Site's services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or a separate table in the Site's database.
4. Purpose of Using Personal Data
4.1. We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Administration of our Site and business;
- Personalization of our Site for you;
- Providing access to services available on our Site;
- Sending you statements, invoices, and payment reminders, and collecting payments from you;
- Sending you non-marketing commercial communications;

- Sending you our email newsletter if you are subscribed. You can also notify us at any time if you no longer wish to receive the email newsletter;

6. Interaction of the Site with Other Resources
6.1. These online resources may receive and process information that you have visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by your browser. Such online resources may include:
- banner display systems (e.g., DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, AdRiver, etc.);
- social network plugins (e.g., Discus, Facebook, Twitter, Google+).
6.2. The use of these services is necessary for the operational analysis of Site visits, internal and external evaluation of Site traffic, depth of views, and User activity. We do not store or process the data obtained from these services.
6.3. If, for any reason, you do not wish for the services specified in item 6.1 of the Policy to access your personal data, you can voluntarily log out of your Account and clear the cookie files (via your browser).
7. Interaction of the Owner with Third Parties Regarding Personal Data
7.1. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is required by the current legislation of Ukraine, at the request of the data subject, or in other cases outlined in this Policy. We understand that personal information is a valuable and integral part, including personal non-property rights of any individual, and therefore, we take all possible measures to protect your personal information.
7.2. Access to your personal data may be granted to our authorized employees who have consented to ensure the confidentiality of Users' personal data, as well as third parties who provide us with support and administration services for the Site and other services related to the Owner's business activities. Our authorized employees and/or third parties, based on agreements with us, are obliged to comply with all requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection and confidentiality of Users' personal data.
7.3. The Site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following a link to other websites, the provisions of this Policy will not apply to those websites. Therefore, we recommend that you review the privacy and personal data policies of each website before providing any personal data that can identify you.
7.4. Personal information that you publish on our Site may be available worldwide via the Internet. We cannot prevent third parties in other countries from using or misusing such information.
8. Protection of Personal Data

8.3. We have the right to disclose personal data without your consent in cases specified by the current legislation of Ukraine, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.
8.4. If you have granted/lost access to your Account, you bear full and independent responsibility for the actions of the new User when using the Site and/or its Services (services) from your Account.
9. Conditions for Access to Personal Data
9.1. The procedure for third-party access to personal data is determined by the terms of the User's consent granted to the Owner for the processing of this data or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
9.2. You have the right to obtain any information about yourself from any party involved in personal data relations, provided that you specify your surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and details of the document that certifies the individual making the request, except for cases established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.3. Access to data about yourself is free of charge. Delays in accessing your personal data are not allowed. A delay in access to personal data by third parties is allowed if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of the request. The total period for resolving issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
9.4. The notification of a delay is communicated to the third party who made the request in writing, with an explanation of how to challenge such a decision.
9.5. Refusal to access personal data is allowed in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine if access to them is prohibited by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
9.6. The decision to delay or refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court.
10. Your Rights as a User (Subject of Personal Data)
10.1. You, as a User (subject of personal data), have the right to:
- know the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location of the Owner, or give relevant instructions for obtaining this information by authorized persons, except in cases established by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
- receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
- access your personal data;
- receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", a response about whether your personal data is being processed and receive the content of such personal data;
- present a reasoned request to the Owner against the processing of your personal data;
- present a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by the Owner if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
- protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as from the provision of information that is false or defamatory to your honor, dignity, or business reputation;
- file complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in court;
- apply legal means of protection in case of violation of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data;
- make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when granting consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
- protect yourself from automated decisions that have legal consequences for you.
11. Cookies
11.1. Our Site uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that the web server sends to the web browser and the browser stores. The identifier is then sent back to the server every time the browser requests a page. 12.1. We reserve the right to publish separate privacy notes and to change and/or supplement the contents of the Policy at any time at our discretion.
12.2. In case of significant changes to the Policy, we will post a notice on the Site indicating the date when these changes will take effect. If, within the specified period, you do not refuse to accept these changes in writing, it will mean that you agree with the corresponding changes to the Policy.
