ORDER PROCESSING
If the product is in stock:
- If the furniture you have chosen is available, we will immediately agree on the delivery date and organize the shipment at a convenient time for you.
- Full payment for the product is made before delivery.
If the product is made to order:
- We manufacture custom furniture according to your preferences in color, size, and configuration. We also design drawings of future products, which we coordinate with you.
- The production time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the moment of receiving the advance payment and signing the Purchase Agreement.
- To start the order, you need to make an advance payment of 60% of the total cost.
- After receiving the payment, we begin production, always striving to complete it earlier than the agreed period. When everything is ready, we inform you and agree on the delivery date.
- The remaining payment must be made before shipping the finished product.
Please note that custom-made furniture according to your parameters is not subject to exchange or return.
PAYMENT
Orders in the COMODOS store can be paid for:
- Online payment (Liqpay) – you can pay for your order online by entering your card payment details and confirming the transaction with a one-time SMS password.
- Cash (in the showroom) – payment can be made at the COMODOS brand showroom.
- Installment plan (PrivatBank) – you can arrange an interest-free installment plan, paying for the product in parts every month while using it at home.
- Instant credit (PrivatBank) – allows you to purchase necessary products without significant financial strain. The credit amount is divided into equal monthly payments, making budgeting easier.
- Bank transfer – payment is made via online banking or through a bank cashier according to the issued invoice.
DELIVERY
COMODOS store furniture delivery options:
- Delivery and assembly by COMODOS – our professional assemblers can deliver and assemble the product at your address.
- Since our showrooms and warehouse are located in Kyiv, delivery to other Ukrainian cities is calculated based on the distance from Kyiv.
- The cost of carrying and lifting furniture to an apartment or house depends on the size and weight of the product, as well as the presence or absence of an elevator.
- The cost of furniture assembly depends on the quantity, size, and complexity of the furniture and is discussed with the manager before delivery.
- Attention! The Buyer must be present at the delivery address during the agreed time interval.
- Delivery, carrying, and assembly services are paid for by the Buyer upon receipt of the Product.
- Pickup from the warehouse – You can pick up the furniture yourself from the warehouse after coordinating with the manager.
- Attention! You must carry out the pickup yourself, as there are no loaders in the store.
- Need a different delivery method – if you have special delivery preferences, we are happy to accommodate and offer the best option for you.
- We can also send your order via partner logistics companies that can pick up your product from the warehouse or factory and deliver it to your address.
- Partner courier services deliver furniture to your home but do not carry or lift it to upper floors. If you are purchasing large items, please arrange for carrying in advance.
- Delivery to Nova Poshta branch – the cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the furniture – the larger and heavier the item, the higher the delivery cost.
- Current Nova Poshta rates can be checked on the official company website.
- All delivery and additional packaging/crating services are paid for by the Recipient.
- The carrier is fully responsible for the integrity and safety of the shipment. The product is insured for its full value.
- Once your order arrives at the selected Nova Poshta branch, you will receive a notification with pickup details. You must have an identity document (passport or driver's license) with you.
- Nova Poshta courier delivery – the courier will deliver the furniture to your specified address. If you need an upper-floor lift, please specify this service in advance – it may incur an additional charge.
- Current Nova Poshta rates for delivery and upper-floor lifting can be checked on the official company website.
ORDER RECEIPT
Upon receipt of the order, carefully inspect the product in the presence of the courier or a COMODOS representative:
- Check the integrity of factory packaging. Be sure to inspect the integrity of mirrors and glass.
- Check the quantity, assortment, and completeness of the product.
- Ensure all fittings are present.
- If the product meets the specifications – sign the Invoice and the Act of Acceptance-Transfer and receive the product.
- If damage or incompleteness of the product is detected:
- Fill out the "Defect Report".
- Inform your manager about the issue, send photos of the damaged product, and we will promptly take measures to resolve the problem.
Attention:
- Claims are accepted only at the time of delivery and assembly.
- If there is no "Defect Report" and no photos of the damaged product, the complaint will not be considered.
- Inspection of goods upon receipt at Nova Poshta branch
We recommend thoroughly inspecting the furniture at the Nova Poshta branch before signing the receipt documents. If damage, discrepancies in the number of items, or product mismatch is found, an Act of Claim must be completed with a Nova Poshta representative, and you should contact us for resolution. After picking up the parcel, the carrier no longer accepts claims.
